The apartments at Hemisphere are currently under construction and already 130 have been sold. The first phase of occupiers moved in during October 2007 and the building is expected to be completed by December 2008
Express by Holiday Inn has signed up to the scheme and construction of the hotel, along with several restaurants, is due to start in August 2008
Active discussions and negotiations are taking place with other occupiers, including restaurant, leisure and food store operators
Completion is anticipated in 2010-2011
